ON SITE LOGISTICS

FSEW provide an onsite logistics service to a number of our larger customers.  This allows our customers to concentrate on their core business, and effectively takes away the manpower costs of operating their own internal logistics department, for some customers, the savings run into 4 figures. 

We will place our own employees on your site, to handle all aspects of your logistical systems. We will take over the load planning from the end of your production line, ensuring that the correct loads are built up and scheduled, while allowing you to have full control over the process.

FSEW will introduce Key Performance Indicator (KPI) systems so that you can monitor our service against the agreed targets.

With our use of advanced communication techniques, our logistics personnel are always able to contact our drivers and head office, so ensuring that we have control over the location and schedule of all of your shipments.

The logistics package provides for all types of shipment, depending upon your requirements, from express deliveries through to timed deliveries or collections at distant destinations.

We provide services for foreign, domestic or within company deliveries, and ensure that your logistical requirements are fully satisfied at all times.
